Money, Money, Money!

I'm Back!
So, we all really like money, or at least most of us do. Today, I was asked to pick a currency with an interesting design. Through my search, I came across something that was pretty interesting to me. It was an article on MSN Money that talked about revamping the US dollar. Two of the entries that caught my eye (most of them were pretty creative, some more than others). The first one depicts what the artist called "strong photographic history that we have in the US". I actually agree with this. Most people know the picture of Martin Luther King Jr giving one of his speeches and of our President Barack Obama. The only thing I was confused about was the picture of Ice Cube on the dollar bill. NO offense to him, but I'm not sure if he belongs on the currency. The second one doesn't bare a strong statement, but still makes one. It was the winner of the design contest. There was a little uproar about President Obama taking the place of 1st president George Washington. However, I believe what he accomplished was pretty amazing and ground-breaking for the US and deserves a place on our currency.

So that's it for today Blogger World. Ta-Ta for Now.
